Extrusion tools for the aluminium processing industry are subject to high quality requirements. HALEX tools are characterised by highest precision in design and manufacturing.

We work in close cooperation with the individual extrusion plants. The exchange of information makes it possible to optimise the tools precisely to the requirements of the respective extruder already in the design phase. Intensive dialogue with our customers and individually tailored consultation in advance make it possible to adapt each individual tool precisely to the customer's requirements.

Even in the age of electronic data exchange, we seek personal contact with our customers. Our staff are always available on site to assist you with any suggestions you may have.

Various simulation programmes enable us to achieve an optimal aluminium flow in the die as well as optimal die service life already in the development phase.

Production

HALEX uses programme-controlled CNC machining centres with automated pallet loading in production. Workpiece sizes up to 1100 millimetres in diameter can be loaded on several parallel horizontal centres via master computer controlled pallet management.

This means a high degree of flexibility: This allows us to implement customer requests in the shortest possible time. By automating the work processes, unnecessary downtime due to machine standstill is avoided and the reliability of production is increased.

The high capacity of the tool magazine in the CNC machining centres and the quick change of tools enable a high degree of flexibility in the machining and production of extrusion tools - around the clock, seven days a week.

The HALEX locations have comprehensively stocked material warehouses. This means that several NC controlled saws can start production shortly after the order is received. Delays due to transport times are eliminated. This time saving benefits our customers directly.
